Kabul: In a sign that India is moving closer to engagement with the Taliban regime in Afghanistan despite no official recognition, the Taliban-appointed Afghan Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi convened a meeting with the ambassadors and heads of diplomatic relations of ten countries, which included New Delhi as well.
