Oman: Gunmen attack mosque in Muscat, kill 9 including 4 Pakistani nationals in a rare breach of security

Oman mosque shooting: Nine people were killed, including three attackers, in an assault on a Shi'ite Muslim mosque in Oman late on Monday, authorities said, in a rare breach of security in one of the most stable countries in the Middle East. Four Pakistani nationals and a policeman were among those killed in the gun attack, according to Pakistani and Omani officials. Authorities said 28 people of various nationalities were wounded, including security personnel.

Bhojshala dispute: ASI submits 2,000-page survey report | Check details of findings

The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI)'s scientific survey report of the disputed Bhojshala-Kamal-Maula mosque complex which was submitted Indore bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court reportedly revealed that there were 97 statues, including 37 Hindu deities inside the complex. Mumbai rains LIVE: As Mumbai continues to face heavy rainfall, normal life has been severely disrupted with extensive traffic jams and disruptions to both train and BEST bus services caused by widespread waterlogging throughout the city. Several express trains had their routes altered, while some were cancelled altogether. Delays were also reported on Western Railway’s Mumbai Suburban trains due to waterlogging on tracks.  In order to avoid inconvenience to students, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) declared a holiday for the first session of the day for all the BMC, government and private schools and colleges in Mumbai. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Mumbai is expected to receive light to moderate rainfall until July 10, with heavy rain anticipated for today.
