Patna: The Bihar government has mandated that all District Magistrates (DMs) ensure the registration of unregistered temples, mutts, and trusts in their areas. Additionally, these entities are required to submit details of their immovable assets to the Bihar State Board of Religious Trusts (BSBRT) for online listing. The BSBRT functions under the state's law department.

British police said they had arrested a man after a "major incident" in Southport, northwest England, on Monday in which there were several casualties. Merseyside Police said they were called to reports of a stabbing and a knife had been seized by armed police. There is no wider threat to the public, they added.

Shah Rukh Khan along with his wife Gauri and daughter Suhana reached Farah Khan's residence hours after the filmmaker's mother Menaka Irani, died on Friday. After meeting the bereaved family, SRK, Gauri and Suhana came downstairs with Farah as they made their exit. In the visual captured by paps, Farah can be seen hugging SRK and Suhana. Speaking at a press conference, the Railway Minister highlighted that the budget allocation for the railway sector aims to modernize infrastructure and enhance service capabilities.
