AAP MLAs suspended from Delhi Assembly: Delhi Leader of Opposition (LoP) Atishi has written to President Draupadi Murmu, seeking time to meet her, along with AAP MLAs, regarding the suspension of 21 legislators from the Delhi Assembly.
Delhi PWD Minister Parvesh Verma announced on Thursday that an investigation will be conducted into why CCTV cameras were not installed in eight constituencies represented by BJP MLAs during the previous Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government.
Amit Shah Tamil Nadu visit: Union Home Minister Amit Shah dismissed Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin's allegations of unfair treatment by the Centre regarding fund allocation today (February 26). He also termed Stalin’s remarks on delimitation as a diversionary tactic. In the latest exchange of hostages on Saturday, Hamas handed over three more Israelis who were in the militant group's control. KIIT student death row: The Ministry of External Affairs in the weekly media presser on Friday said it was deeply saddened by the recent death of a Nepalese student at an institution in Odisha and added that the "Government of India accords high priority, safety, security, and well-being of all international students in the country." Addressing the presser, MEA spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said that the MEA has been in touch with the Odisha government and Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) authorities after the matter surfaced, adding, "We have also maintained close contact with the Nepalese authority." Odisha Police has made several arrests, the MEA spokesperson said.

NDA CMs meeting: Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired the meeting of Chief Ministers of the National Democratic Alliance-ruled states at the Imperial Hotel in the national capital today (February 20). The meeting was held shortly after the oath ceremony of Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and her cabinet. Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP President J P Nadda also attended the meeting.

Elon Musk-led United States Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has cancelled a USD 21 million US taxpayer-funded grant under former President Joe Biden’s administration, meant to influence the voter turnout in India. DOGE in its announcement, said that the USD 21 million was part of a larger $486 million budget allocated to the "Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening." 
A Mumbai court has remanded Hitesh Mehta, the general manager and head of accounts at New India Cooperative Bank, to police custody until February 21 over allegations of embezzling rRs 122 crore from the bank. Another accused, Dharmesh Paun, was also presented in court and sent to police custody for further investigation.
Looking at the influx of devotees, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav on Saturday urged the Uttar Pradesh government to extend the duration of the Mahakumbh, citing the overwhelming number of devotees on the roads still hoping to take a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam. In a video message, Yadav claimed that in previous years, the Mahakumbh and Kumbh Mela lasted for 75 days, whereas the current schedule is very short.
