Hamas frees four Israeli soldiers held in Gaza, clears way for release of Palestinians held by Israel

Hamas on Saturday released four Israeli soldiers held in Gaza as part of the ceasefire deal after it revealed the names of Israeli hostages earlier on Friday. The hostages have been freed in exchange for the release of dozens of Palestinians imprisoned or detained by Israel. The current release of hostages is part of the second swap of prisoners agreed upon in the Gaza ceasefire deal. It will also facilitate the release of 200 Palestinians held in Israeli jails.
